Our Mission
We built Hypna AI because we saw a gap in the weight loss space. There are thousands of apps that track calories, count macros, and log workouts. Very few address the subconscious patterns that actually drive eating behavior.
Diets fail because overeating, emotional eating, and food cravings are driven by subconscious habits. No amount of calorie tracking can change the subconscious.
Self-hypnosis can. And clinical research shows it works.
Our mission is to make evidence-based hypnotherapy accessible to everyone, delivered in a format that fits into daily life: a 10 to 15 minute audio session before bed, every night, for 21 days.
