Our Mission
We built Hypna AI because we saw a gap in the weight loss space. There are thousands of apps that track calories, count macros, and log workouts. Very few address the patterns that actually drive eating behavior.
Diets fail because overeating, emotional eating, and food cravings are driven by habits sitting deeper than a meal plan. No amount of calorie tracking changes those habits by itself.
Our mission is to make mindset change accessible to everyone, in a format that fits into daily life: a 10 to 15 minute, hypnosis-inspired audio session before bed, every night, for 21 days.
